What is the return policy?
- Returns accepted within 3 business days only if the item is damaged or significantly differs from the website description.
- Custom or modified items (color, size, hardware, lining, strap length, personalization, etc.) cannot be returned.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
When will I get my order?
Domestic Shipping (Sakartvelo)
Production Time: 3–5 business days from the date of your order.
Delivery Time: Additional 2-3 business days for courier delivery straight to your door.
Total estimated time: 5–7 business days for Tbilisi, and 7–9 business days for other regions.
🌍 International Shipping
Shop based in Georgia. Checkout is in GEL (100 GEL ≈ $37 / €34). Your bank handles the automatic currency conversion.
Production Time: 3–6 business days prior to dispatch.
Delivery Time: 12–18 business days (depending on the destination country and courier service).
What is the refund policy
Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund (item price only) will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started or the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded while in transit. Since all items are made to order within standard processing timeframe (12–19 business days), orders cannot be canceled due to standard delivery times once they are already in production or on their way. If you need to cancel your order within the 24-hour window, please contact me in our support chat or via email.

Hi, I'm Maka, a designer who founded Mumini & Co. during the pandemic. Every item you see here is entirely handmade by me in my home workshop right here in Tbilisi, Georgia. I handle every single step of the operation like design, cutting, sewing, photography, content creation, packaging, and running the website. It's a lot of work and it's exactly what I love to do.
